Usually, white gift box packing for beacons and strobe lights, brown gift box for mini light bar.

500pcs per item for color gift box packing.

Our cargo could be delivered by air express or sea which depends on the order quantity and urgency. For air express, the freight cost will be quoted as required and showed on the invoice. You also could inform your own courier account number for air cargo delivery.

For sea order, both our forwarder and your forwarder are available.

Our production dep is responsible and professional in the whole Order Process and know how to make Partners' job easily. High-quality details photos or approval samples will be sent for clients´ confirmation before mass production. Approval package photos should be sent before loading, and delivery or loading photos will be posted for customers´ convenience once available. 

All our items are with 2 years warranty and 3 years warranty for top-rated items.

Herewith 3 steps to apply new replacements for claims.

Step1, Test, take video and picture.

Light on the defective parts and take a video for our engineer to check the problem.

Step 2, Collect and take a picture.

Show all defective items in line then take a picture for our production dep. to calculate the quantity.

Step 3, Cut the cables and take videos.

Take a video to show the process of cutting their cables.

Please don't forget to show us the date sticker placed on PCB if there are any replacements issues.
